Sodexo Remote Sites

What is this?....Another Sodexo headed to the bin, with others. Again I'm going into town to buy a couple of chickens etc so the crew can fuel up and be able to work. Today is 40c and tough and this is an example of the rubbush we get served up. I'll be escalating this the the client. Enough is enough.

Terrible service, slack, bad food. Can't imagine how a business stays running like they do

Worst service. Cheap, nasty and inconsistent in all areas of service.

A company that shows little care and concern about the employees, as they cut stuff to save money and don’t train the necessary people in position. Cuts funding for work related duties to keep there higher up management in a position of manipulation and high earnings unfortunately. I feel sorry for the workers on the ground as it’s not their fault of a clearly broken system.

Have been doing FIFO for awhile now and out of all the caterer's amongst the mining companies Sodexo is by far the worst I've delt with, rude chef's terrible slop served with the nerve to call it food, kitchen hygiene issues, room mix up's aswell as waking you up during nightshift I avoid site's related to them when I can. Also have a few mates that have worked for them and there budget, pay and treatment of workers is appalling.

The worst catering company ever. They prefer to pay staff to make sure people don't take any food to their rooms but the food is the worst ever, maybe should be better to spend the money on quality food instead. Plenty of times going to dinner to find empty trays that nobody replace. Days and days eating sandwiches on 12h shifts plus 2h travel because is impossible to eat something healthy. People with food allergies and gut problems not being able to eat properly. more than 2 weeks on camp never got the room services done unless i require them and not even that sometimes. Staff rude and burn out. I wish they realise that mine workers are not able to manage fatigue properly if the basics are not in place (sleep, diet).

Worst catering and utility company. Food is terrible ammenities are putrid and the quality of cleans are disgusting. Rio Tinto are just as bad for allowing this. Bad enough they blow up cultural sites, they can’t even look after their staff and contractors. GET RID OF SODEXO

Very bad camp service. Especially for checking in. Take agesss.. and it would come up with no room, no cleaned up yet, no towel, no key etc..

Always found the staff here friendly and helpful.

When you put food in your mouth and you have to spit it out because it tastes disgusting
